Detriot: "When I went to Riot! Castle to speak with Godmother Marietta, She had quite a few words to say. She stated that in Detroit if you get PickPocketed you get PickPocketed it is your own responsibility to deal with the person you who PickPocketed you. The only time Godmother Marietta will get involed is if the PickPocketer or the PickPocketed person take it on to shoot one and other. Detroit is a great City and many youngsters live there so if you are in the city of Detroit here is what I shall say.. Ask before you PickPocket someone unless their quote says so otherwise".

Philadelphia: "When I flew into Philadelphia I spoke with Godfather JimmyTheLionHeart, He simply stated that Philadelphia is a PickPocket friendly city, but he did also mention that if you are going to PickPocket a CrewLeader, RHM or LHM you must ask there permission first unless their quote says so otherwise".

New Orleans: "When I visited High_SocWinter_Hill I was looking forward to talking to him again as he is a great friend of mine. He simply said that the rules of New Orleans are the same as Philadelphia but he did add that if someone doesnt wish to be PickPocketed then to please respect that".

Chicago: "When I flew into Chicago I noticed Nicky sitting in the airport waving goodbye to one of his friends. So I quickly ran over to him and asked him Chicago's PickPocketing rules now he is in Charge. He said to me that Chicago is more of an 'At Will' city. So if you are in Chicago then if their quote says you can PickPocket them then go ahead, if their quote says not to PickPocket them then respect their wishes. This is also what Nicky said about the people who dont have anything in their quote". 'Those that that have nothing posted in their profile, are considered fair game, and their complaints will fall on deaf ears'.

New York: "When I visited Godfather ThomasRourke at his great home in New York. He simply said that he has not set any rules on PickPocketing in New York as that is down to the CrewLeaders to set there own rules for their own family in New York. So I will say this for NewYork, If you are in NewYork either ask each Leader what are the PickPocketing rules in NewYork towards their members or simply follow the basic rules for PickPocketing. Ask for Permission unless their quote says so otherwise".

Las Vegas: "When I landed in Las Vegas I told my BodyGuards to stay alert because of the rules in Las Vegas. I spoke with Hypno at the time when I eventually found his newish HQ. Hypno who is now a Godfather proudly stated that Las Vegas is an Open Season city to PickPocketers but with Las Vegas being the 'City of Sin' you also run the risk of being shot while roaming the streets of Las Vegas".

Los Angeles: "When I flew into Los Angeles after the Retirement of Don Prozac, I visited the new Leader of Los Angeles Vicodin. Vicodin said to me that he had changed the rules of Los Angeles to the normal PickPocketing rules as he doesnt want to have to deal with people who are PickPocketing when they shouldnt be. So if you are in Los Angeles then ask permission to PickPocket someone unless their quote says so otherwise".
