Insta-felonies

Random vote +'s now give Insta-felonies. They work exactly like Insta-petties.

Now, for those of you unsure of what an Insta-whatever even is... You collect them by completing the vote +'s on the left side of the page. When you do a petty or felony if you have an Insta-petty\felony, it will use one of your Insta-points and allow you to do another petty or felony immediately. This means more cash and more XP.

Currently if you complete all the voting +'s in a day you can earn over 20 Insta-petties and 5 to 10 Insta-felonies.

Voting Honesty

In the past, we have been rather strict with voting honesty. Making sure you always complete the voting process and threatening dire consequences for those who refuse to vote properly. We don't like giving out rewards to people who don't deserve it. The problem with this is that many factors can cause a persons voting honestly to be incorrectly low making it very hard to decide if a person is dishonest or simply unlucky.

That said, from here on out, the only consequences for low voting honesty will be temporarily disabling the persons voting rights. We want everyone to be able to vote without fear of any harsh consequences.
