Nicky steps out of his HQ to address the gathering crowd Due to the dangerous situations playing out across the country, I have decided that upon the completion of this speech, The city of Chicago will be closed to visitors. Sponsored members that are currently in the city will have fair time to leave. Please vacate the city limits within two and half hours of this speech. I feel this is more than enough time to complete your business and move on. Those that decide to enter the city after this speech and are not part of KCS do so at their own risk and I will not be help accountable for what happens to them at that point. Civilians and unsponsored thugs are welcome to enjoy the safe confines here. We here in Chicago are not involved and have no intention of getting involved. I am not in this fight so do not bring it to my city. I will lift the restrictions here as soon as this war has been completed. I would like to take a second as the smoke continues to clear to announce that Chicago is re-open to all visitors. My heart goes out to all of those lost in the recent events. Our world lost a many great people. |
