In defence of Mr. Lionheart it has been a very long day. He was awoken rather early after very little sleep and has tirelessly fought all day. Please, I ask you to forgive him for forgetting the obvious. It was an oversight on his part, however I do think you are being rather pedantic (Yes, I like that word) in choosing to come here and pick his speech apart when there are other things to be worried about.

Most of the city hall issued I.D.s I see list a mobster's family or Boss, but they say nothing about their living arrangements. |

I've always thought that simply looking at a person, you could have a very good guess at what their home city is? Maybe it's just me.
I've also noticed that there has been an influx of 'new old faces' to Philly. While New Orleans and LA appears to be a very quiet cities at the moment. So pedantic jibes at our beloved godfather are less than accurate. :P |

Yeah, I can usually tell what part of the country a person is from, but I can't just look at a person and know if they are renting an apartment, own a home, enjoy condo living, or if they are living in a cardboard box.
Maybe we should petition City Hall for this additional information on our I.D. badges? I have a nice two bedroom penthouse suite overlooking Central Park. If I can get that on my I.D., it would certainly impress the ladies. |

Jimmy, no disobediance, no defiance, no disrespect. But lets say that one of the unsponsored gets into YOUR crew, you then decide to promote and trust this person. Just saying. He then when he is a higher rank feels bold. He then attacks you and your family. What happens then? the person becomes a rogue, cause lets face it, he cant go anywhere, or anyone that helps the rogue will be claimed a rogue themselves for helping a rogue. Back when this thing of ares was fairly new, You wouldn't let someone from a dead crew come into your crew. you'd kill them off and let the street cleaners clean up their fallen comrades. But also. Lets say your crew leader just died from the current war and you think on what crew you should join now. But don't you remember when you came into the just current family that your leader just recently gave his last breath to protect you?? and you plan on going to a new crew. wow. That's really loyal. IF you joined your family as a made man then you should be killed for even thinking to come into a different crew. cause didn't you prick your finger and place your blood on the picture of the saints?? and then burn it, saying too the crew leader I will offer my loyalty so that I may be in this thing of ours? so basically you might as well go too the cemetery and spit on the tombstone of the fallen leader as you are signing the HQ rules assigning your loyalty too the crew leader. Well this is enough thought for me. I am just getting sick in my stomach at the thought of bringing in a made man and up into my crew that I have worked hard for and for that person too come in and have authority over me. |

Sonny, if they are unsponsored and from either Philly or New Orleans then chances are they are already family. They just lost their Crew Leader in this terrible war and, perhaps, lack any markings that indicate that they are in the family. Godfather Jimmy is just seeing to it that they are protected until we can get them back into crews within the family. |

Sonny, Jimmy is saying Philly and N.O. fallen members. He is Godfather of Philly and oversees New Orleans as well, so any fallen member from those cities are technically his members as well. I doubt that any smart person from the fallen Philly or N.O. families would really go rogue against their own Godfather just because their current leader passed on. |

Jimmy is the Godfather of Philly and controls New Orleans. Therefore, those members that lost their leader are a part of HIS family. So he is protecting them until they can return to HIS family.
Their leaders were a part of HIS family. Therefore, those people he is protecting are HIS family.
Those people are loyal to HIM.
That clear enough for you? |

The head of their family is still alive though? Their leader is alive? He's trying to protect them. So why do you feel there is any wrong here? They aren't leaving for a new family, they are rejoining the one that has cared for their safety all along.
Every leader that died from Philly and New Orleans is a part of Jimmy's family. So are their members.
You go on about it being wrong for surviving Made and above from Philly and New Orleans joining a "new crew" when in fact they are not. So what should they do? Turn their backs on the Godfather that has been the head of the family their leaders were a part of? |
