Where was I proven wrong? Yes, in the 1400's, the mafia began in Sicily as a means of protecting merchants from an oppressive government. What does that have to do with the mafia in the America of the 1930's? We are not here to protect the merchants. We are here to make money off of racketeering and bootlegging. We murder people who get in our way. Those things have nothing to do with safety or morals. Again, where was I proven wrong? Spell it out for me. Simply saying it does not make it true. Where was I proven wrong? How about this: Admit you are an ass who is in way above his head, and I will drop it. |

It is slang. You often will not find slang in a dictionary. I will try to assist you by using it in a sentence context: "Someone is pwned when they resort to saying things like 'you bore me' when being completely dominated in the course of a debate". |

It's pointless, all right. Basically because your entire argument was based on a false premise. That doesn't make for a very good argument. This is why I asked that you piss off, or send someone with a better thinking ability to debate with me. You really are not cut out for it. I have supported every point I made with clear evidence, while pointing out how every claim you made was in error. In response, you have claimed: 1. I am a noob, whatever that means. (Even though my bloodline has existed for seven years and done EVERY fucking thing there is to do here) 2. I am acting out of character 3. I am afraid of one of the weakest families ever, even though I am considered by most to be capable of taking a city any time I choose. 4. The mafia are actually police, or engage in policing actions. 5. That I don't know my mafia history, even though I used several examples to prove otherwise, such as the use of odd nicknames and the true nature of mafia life in the 1930's. All of which are laughable and easily refuted. It's no wonder that this is going nowhere. You cannot make such pathetic or ridiculous claims and expect a thoughtful discussion. But by all means, continue on with your self-humiliation. I am rather enjoying this. Each time you open your mouth, you simply prove my original point about The Dub Police. If you are concerned that I am not addressing part of your argument, do enlighten me. Exactly which ridiculous claim would you like me to address? More to life than forums? I'm not sure what you mean. Do you think my whole life revolves around forums? Here we go again, with you making assumptions based on zero evidence. I don't want to take this down OOC Avenue, but I think it's safe to say my life accomplishments are quite impressive. You don't see me making assumptions about you. I don't claim that you have no life, or anything else. Why? Because I don't know you, so I don't have evidence to support that claim. That's how intelligent people debate. They back up their claims with evidence. I have done this with each of my claims. You just keep throwing out wild accusations with nothing behind them. This fact is my evidence that you are a moron. My friends? What friends? I hate everyone. I thought I made that clear. Are there any more irrelevant points which lack evidence that you would like to bring up or for me to address? You keep throwing new ones into the ring. Each time I show your errors, you throw in something irrelevant, like whether or not I have friends, or whether I have a life. Don't you see that the more you do this, the more it becomes obvious that you don't have a leg to stand on? I am superior to you in all ways. You are a tard whose father got lucky one time, and now you are grieving because I am here to criticize him. I thank you, however. I was afraid that I may not have ruffled any feathers. I pretty much agree with the points you made with the exception of: #5. The Dub Police Ok, I will admit, the name is not annoying me quite as much today, seeing as how the family is pretty much wiped out.... It might annoy you and you might feel it necessary to humor everyone at their expense. Let it be known their boss did die in the defense of his people, his men fought bravely, proudly and yet some met honorable ends earlier this week. It's not words that define a man, but actions and their actions have secured them on a seat of commendation and I feel privileged to have known such men and also to lead such man who made their way to Aquila di Marthe. I praise the late Rusko and I hope to live a life that will honor him and I ask you old friend to remember who you are and to please refrain from bringing further disgrace to the streets and harming the good name of a dead man. |

Fair enough, Sal. You should have spoken on his behalf sooner, so that his son and grandson did not feel it necessary to come out here and put their ignorance on display. My original criticisms were very benign, not very personal, and objectively truthful and fair. The venom did not start to pour until Skream came out here and flew off the handle. HIS comments were so disgraceful that they were censored by City Hall. And, of course, transcripts are still available of garybaldy's personal attacks. As far as harming the good name of a dead man, I don't feel it necessary to respect someone simply because they are dead. Everyone dies. That would mean that I would have to respect everyone at some point, and I just do not respect everyone. I am not the type to disrespect anyone at a funeral, but these are the streets. I am glad that Rusko is dead, and I have no problem letting everyone know this. Based on the conduct that Rusko's son and grandson have displayed here, it is better that such genetic material is not sullying the prestige of the CL ranks. I'm sure he would receive more sympathy from the masses had he not come out here and demonstrated EXACTLY why he is not fit to serve as a role model for aspiring mobsters. I made a speech some time ago about what it takes to be a Boss. There were three qualifications: 1. They must understand the nature of our thing and its traditions. 2. They must have half a brain. 3. They must reach the position through hard work, street presence, and not simply from having an authing authority think they are "kewl". If Rusko was anything like his son and grandson, then I believe he failed all three qualifications. Hence, I am glad that he is dead, regardless of any bravery or loyalty he showed at the end of his life. Besides, bravery and loyalty are expected of a mobster. Since when do we heap praise on people for doing what they are SUPPOSED to do? That's like saying I deserve praise or respect for not beating my kids. |
