Jimmy steps out into the streets with a man by his side. You recognize him as one of Philadelphia's most prominent Consigliere's. You look him over a little before noticing he don's a new suit. Both men look at each other as Jimmy slowly speaks Today I bring to you a man who has put his life on the line for me since the day he joined me. A man who knows no limit to his loyalty to me. A man who has through many wars showed not only professionalism but a smart knowledge of how this thing of ours works. Philly recently losing 3 of its leaders was weakened and the city reduced to rubble. I myself along with the other leaders of Philly wish to welcome you. I know your experience and expertise will help benefit the rebuilding of Philadelphia and the new members of this thing of ours will have a place to gain a fountain of knowledge should they choose to join you.
