Previously, your placement on the job board is based upon who is the most recently active at the top.   This is to better chance that the person doing jobs is going to be doing jobs for someone who has a good chance of being active and ready to be a sponsor in a timely fashion.

1) Bob 10 seconds since last active
2) Joe 15 seconds since last active
3) Heather 20 seconds since last active
4) Frank 25 seconds since last active
5) Billy 30 seconds since last active

We are modifying it to score people higher or lower based upon some simple criteria like looking at your contact to no-contact ratio, and adjust your placement by a few seconds.  In the example below you'll see that Frank was pushed down lower on the list (or possibly off it)

1) Bob 10 seconds (9 seconds adjusted) since last active (95% contact rate, -1 second)
2) Joe 15 seconds (13 seconds adjusted) since last active (100% contact rate, -2 seconds)
3) Heather 20 seconds (20 seconds adjusted) since last active (90% contact rate, 0 seconds)
5) Billy 30 seconds (28 seconds adjusted) since last active (98% contact rate, -2 seconds)
4) Frank 25 seconds (35 seconds adjusted) since last active (62% contact rate, +10 seconds)

Down the road we will be looking into other criteria like upper structure activity levels, and other metrics we can look at that could possibly be used to find a better match for new members.

We will be basing the contact ratio based on your last 7 days performance, long enough to get a general idea of the history, but short enough that if you have a bad day, it wont keep you in the doghouse too long.
