The large black limo screeches to a halt in the middle of the street and Deano and Apollo jump up from the sunroof, onto the hood of the car. As the crowd gathers the two Sin City crewleaders begin to speak. We come before you all today to express one of the many changes that we have planned for our glorious desert oasis. The rules that were in place for Las Vegas, are no longer deemed acceptable by us and our families. As of this day if you want to pick pocket in Las Vegas you WILL follow these rules: * You WILL ask permission first * Any unauthorized pick pocketing will be deemed an attack on that person, and your CL will be asked for a sit down on your behalf. * anyone involved in a pick pocketing group that has a long term agreement with any of our members, will speak to Deano or Apollo to keep them in the loop. *Anyone deemed to be NOT pick pocket friendly , it is advised to have it displayed on their person at all times. And again if you want to be pick pocketed we suggest putting up a banner. The rules are quite simple, so when the simple rules are broken the punishment is not going to be complicated at all. That is all for now, we are quite busy preparing our city for visitors. More to come later. Deano and Apollo hop back in the limo and tear off down the street |

| I scratch my head a little after hearing the announcement. Deano just claimed his rules were simple, but for some reason i can't follow them. I figure it might be best to avoid the city for a while, at least until someone clears things up for me. Las Vegas doesn't have a decent watch repair anyway. | |

Essentially don't pickpocket in our city without express permission. Anything otherwise will be deemed an attack in our city, and there will be consequences. If you need it simpler then I suggest avoiding pickpocketing at all. ApolloJustice straightens his tie. |

Marietta steps forward in the small crowd and smiles towards the retreating vehicle of the two Las Vegas leaders. She turns to a nearby goomba employed by the City of Sin, and hands him an envelope addressed to Apollo and Deano. "Mind handing this to them when you get a chance, my dear boy? Tell them it's from the Godfather of Detroit. Many thanks!" Retreating back to her own car, she quickly whisks away to catch a plane back to Detroit for a meeting. Days later, back at their offices, the men open the envelope to find a letter that reads: My apologies for my belated arrival, but I wanted to come out and congratulate you two men on how well you seem to be working together so far! Only days into your leadership and you are already creating new laws for your city limits and governing the people who enter within. Very well done, men. Many may not agree to the new rules, but it's good to see some young blood trying their hand at being diverse. As I said, well done! All my best, Marietta |

Nice PickPocketing rules. Only I need to ask one question. What was if the person who is PickPocketed is PP friendly and it also states they dont mind being PP'd in there profile aswell ?? Would that still be deemed as an attack ?? I know it may be a stupid question but it doesnt say nothing about people who dont mind being PickPocketed for Example - Myself. Dk sits down and awaits an answer |

DK, as long as they have express permission (ie; you openly expressing it upon your suit,) then they should be able to pick-pocket you with no worry. |
