| I hate it when you try talking to an unsponsored and they are just so disrespectful you want to kill them immediately but do to the rank and 48 hour restrictions you cant and by the time you can they found a sponsor and they go unpunished! | |

I for one don't see this as a matter of the speeches being similar. I see more of the approach towards maybe this is an ever growing problem that many do seem to notice. Whether be original or not, the more people that speak on the matter, the more thoughts that come together to solve the issue. |

All you can do is offer help, and enforce the rules of your family on those members in your family who try to buck the system. Everyone from other families can either take your advice, or take the consequences from their family. However, if they are in your family, you can either exercise the authority you have, or if you don't have any, pass the relevant information on to those with authority. I agree that too many young guns thing that they are hot...kielbasa...and think they can run the world and just do as they please, but they will learn quickly as they take that last breath after being fitted for cement shoes. The unfortunate fact is that some people just are not meant for this world, they just can't take their place respectfully, and those people sadly won't last long. Turning to leave, Mudkips flipped his card to Emori, having it slide gracefully between her chest and the strap of her gorgeous blouse... Give me a call...whenever you feel the need... ...but by the time she had slid the card out, smiled, and read it, he was gone; a flash of light reflecting off his holstered .38 Special and a puff of smoke from a freshly lit cigarette the only signs he had ever stood there at all... |

The subject matter of this discussion seems to have turned towards disrespect given by the lowly associates. I don't believe that was the topic of Emori's original speech at all. She seems to be talking about these low rankers ignoring her offers of assistance, and that she considers it to be rude. This is not disrespectful at all. In fact, if you are only being ignored, you should be thankful. Most of these low rankers you see running the streets do not need assistance, do not want their hands held, and consider it insulting to have someone speak to them as if they are too dim to figure things out. It really isn't rocket surgery on these streets. Nobody likes to be flooded with junk mail. I experienced it myself as a youngster. Even though I grew up in a family where all my relatives were mafiosi, I still had letter after letter sent to me stating: "Hey there! Are you new? Do you need any help?". Yes, I ignored them. That was a much better reaction than what I was tempted to do after the fifteenth mail, which was to reply with some choice words ending with "fuck off". If you are considering punishing people because they ignore your cries for attention, you should seek professional help. |

We just need to make examples out of these low life punks that think they can run around disrespecting those above them. I always thought a bullet to the head set a great example of what can happen if you disrespect people in our line of work. People seem to get a clear picture of what they did wrong, and it also sets a standard and other mafioso around see what had happened and hopefully learn from the experience. We are busy people, business is booming we cant always deal with the small time thugs who run their mouth at that time.. but best believed things are not forgotten and a bullet in the head when your a Made Man for the actions you commited when you were a gangster hurts a LOT more than a bullet in the head at goomba. |

Looks at the river.. watching the bodies float down stream.. as others watch in horror making sure they dont do the same thing I think it educates very well, but in a different aspect. Demoting a young mobster because of his actions, might quietly solve the problem while the young mobster and the offended are both aware of the problem, while putting 2 in his chest and throwing him in the ocean for all to see - teaches more than just one. I guess both ways educate, but in our world of business and family representation - you respect the family, represent the families ethics or you could get the whole family slaughtered. I know I would rather make an example one of - then everyone pay for one. |

I wouldnt neccecery say thier being rude, I mean I ignore tons of mails. If a person is in the mood not to be bothered than so be it, simple as that. Unless of course you are a CL, RH, LH and theyre in your family and they never respond to your mails. And Striphe its 1 in the head, 2 in the chest! Oh yeah you owe me money too! |
