ApolloJustice and Deano roll up the street in that all too familiar stretch limousine. This time, their driver gets out and lets them out of the vehicle. "My friends, we have yet another announcement to make amongst the series of changes happening in our great city of lights." Apollo says as he straightens his tie to look presentable for the crowd. "Today's subject is Business. Ya see, we have what I would call a certain standard for business in our city... We like business, but our city is not a place for crap shacks. This is a city of fine wine and expensive thrills." Apollo Continued, taking out a cigar and lighting it. After a few puffs he continued on with the speech. "From here on forth, until deemed otherwise, all businesses are free to be in Las Vegas. You are free to open a business in our city, and all are encouraged to visit our wonderful pubs and casinos... However, all prospective businesses MUST be ran through by myself or Deano. They will be inspected for quality by both of us and small selection of our family before being allowed to be brought to our city streets. This is simply to enrich our business district with buildings up to code." Apollo straightens his tie once more and gets back into the limousine. Deano steps up where Apollo was standing just before. "So in recap: All business partners are welcome to set up businesses in Las Vegas for free, however you must submit your business blueprints to us for inspection prior to building for approval. Current businesses whom are up to code will be allowed to stay, others we are going to bulldoze to the ground." With a grin, Deano gets into the limousine and they speed off to their city in the sand. |

Slamming down his cigarette as he admires the well appointed limousine, Mudkips voices his intentions... I love this idea. I knew when you went bold, that you would do so in more ways than one, bringing bold ideas to your new city. I have a few possible ideas I might like to run by you whenever you are free. As they sped off to leave, Mudkips flipped them his card, having it just barely slide in through a cracked window... Have your people call my people! ...and un-customarily, Mudkips watched as with a flash of sunlight of off the fresh paint job, and a small puff of smoke from the limo's engine were the only signs that they had ever been there at all... |

Peaks out the window of his pool hall located in Las Vegas, watching as a few people walk towards it.. with cash in hand Well my fine establishment, will buy you all a few drinks and allow you to conduct 'business' within its walls if you dont bulldoze us to the ground.. Slips his business card, a key to the joint and some cash into the pocket of ApolloJustice and Deano as he opens the door for business to be open |

Term walks out of a near by Casino and right into the middle of a speech being given by the two men that run the city of Los Vegas, he stands there outside of the Casino and stays quiet making sure he can hear every word of the speech.. might be imporant, and he like to keep up to date with whats happening across the country in their..'community' I guess you could call it.. Sounds like a great idea, you promote the business side of your city and allow it to flourish at the same time. Not to mention the businesses that do set up in your city will all be approved by you two so they will be sure to be quality, no BS in Vegas! I like how you two think! |

Sounds Like a fantastic addition to Las Vegas's rules Apollo. I knew for a fact that when you took over you would make a great Leader so... Keep it up mate. I might even drop by one day and talk with you about opening my own strip club or something. Dk winks at Apollo and walks off towards his Limo |

Prophet stands up, slightly drunk, with a puzzled look on his face. For some reason... I had this strange feeling that our businesses should stay in our home city? After all, isn't that what we pay tribute to the boss to protect? When I signed up to be a Badland Bully, I thought that meant all my business would stay within the Philadelphia city limits. However, don't let my opinion stop you. It is nice to a person in charge take control of their territory. Keep up the good work, Signore Justice. Prophet wobbles in the general direction 'East' and hopes to get to either his HQ, or a bar. |
