Sammy walks up to the streets a wee bit giddy. He had been smoking since dawn and the cold air felt good after being in a smoke filled room with the guys all day. Cursing at his bad luck in poker, Sammy steps up to a corner where some gangsters were standing around. In the mood to entertain, Sammy decides to give some advice on joining the mob without being associated with your ancestors.
Step One: Join the same crime family as your ancestor. No one will be expecting it, honestly! They will think you are someone completely new, and treat you with an extremely different manner than if they knew your family line.
Looking around Sammy notices a few people chuckling to themselves. Gaining confidence he takes a drag from his cigar and blows a few smoke rings before continuing.
Step Two: Maintain the same contacts that your predecessors did. Make it look coincidental and you just might fool people! Just happen to contact the same friends your family line were associated with.
Seeing a few more people come up to the group, Sammy continues as if he was perfectly comfortable with public speaking.
Step Three: Talk in the exact same manner as those who produced you. Whether it be speaking with an accent, or speaking with extreme sarcasm, try to imitate it perfectly. The people you talk with will think to themselves that they have heard that style of talking before, but pass it off as their minds playing tricks on them.
Sammy coughs slightly and laughs openly at his idea. Brilliant, any mafioso who used these idiot-proof steps to attempt being incognito would certainly thank him. |

As TheTerminator is walking down the street, smoking his pipe and drinking his Rum he hears the grandson of someone his father used to hang out with
"Hey look its SirSammyRourke!"
Term starts to head over but on his way notices that SSR's speech has somehow caused a bit of a disturbance
Better to avoid these kinds of things I guess Term thought to himself.. Ill just go say hey quickly then..
"Hey whats up man, gotta get going, good to see ya though!"
And just like that Term was gone, out of site and around the corner, happily smoking his pipe and drinking his rum from his flask.. |

Maybe not SammyRourke, but if you quote a capo in a private message and then ask if he's drunk for saying such things you may end up being accused of disrespect.
