I think Lindsay believes mugging is the same thing as grave robbing, and she is referring to grave robbing.

Somehow, you've managed to get mugging (pickpocketing counter, with unlimited rewards), pickpocketing (rewards max at 15000) and grave

robbing (stealing from a dead user) mixed up, Lindsay.

Lindsay, unlimited grave-robs gains can't happen or we'd be able to keep hundreds of millions of dollars in the game and that'd really screw with the economy (which the Gods ensure is very well balanced).

One example would be: credit prices would rise, since there would be no urgent need for cash because - in the event of a war, for example - we could simply carry our entire bank balance, which could be tens (or even hundreds) of millions of dollars, and just not PP anyone before we die. That extra revenue could prolong wars which already last for days, in some cases.

The balance of finance here is very, very fine, so when extra revenue is given, it has to be taken away from elsewhere. Personally, I think the grave-digging reward is already too high, but the achievement isn't much, so I guess it sorta balances itself out in the long run.
