She hopes that her speech can help many other people come out of their shells as well because this life is truly about the people and without the bonds and friendships there would be chaos. I am learning that it just takes a little practice to get past the nerves and stage fright then you're good to go. It took a lot of courage for me to step up there and speak my mind, but I definitely don't regret it and it also helped me feel more comfortable speaking up in other people discussions as well. Just take it one step at a time and we will get there."
