I would say those who cannot control their power. It is a heavy responsibility and even though some may be able to carry it for a while, we are not all built to be leaders. One can only do their best and try to avoid the temptation of falling to such human ways of greed and lust for power. We have to be higher than that. It takes a strong will to have power and use it accordingly. |
