Walks out in front of his newly purchased HQ where there is a gathering of people waiting for a speech, something from the new leader in Chicago. Prayer takes a good look at the people standing around him and waits for the chatter to go down. Removing the toothpick from his mouth he clears his throat and begins to speak. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am glad you could be here today to hear me out and address my new crew in Chicago along side Don Adrian and my good friend Waylander. Though I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity I do wish the circumstances were better. But I stand here today, given the hand that was played to me. I love this city, I grew up here I remember running around these streets when I was just a young little thug. My mother had brought us here sometime ago after my fathers passing, but that's another story possibly for another day. I will do anything to see that Chicago continues to move forward despite all the events that have stricken Chicago through the past few weeks. Chicago is very much so devastated by these most recent events, but sometime there is a higher calling and you gotta go and all we can do is respect those decisions made and wish them luck. (We love you Nicky and Alessia you will be greatly missed.) Now as I was saying, we still need to keep Chicago striving to shine like the great city it is. Adrain, myself and Waylander will be working closely together to ensure that Chicago remains home to the people that love this place as we do, after things are settled in we can start to bring Chicago out of this depression. Slides a bottled water out of his suit coat removes the lid and takes a quick sip and scews the lid back on and replaces it in his pocket.. As for the crew I will be running it will be a tight one, I have always felt that every single person in the family has there own importance and reason for being there. Trust, respect, discipline, are all-important points to have influenced on a crew or family, which will hold a high value with my crew in Chicago. Please forgive me for not yet releasing the alias that the crew will be going by, I figure we will have to look at this particular tattoo everyday so after some careful consideration. I will release our name, and who my Right and Left hand will be aiding me on this journey. Along with that other good stuff. I am looking forward to Chicago's bright future and working along side the other cities to keep this thing of ours true and on top. Thank you for your time, expect to be hearing from me shortly. As for now I have some organizing to do and some important decisions that must be made. Prayer gives his head a nod towards the crowd and turns around heading back into is HQ. |

With Nicky's retirement we need strong leaders to help us rebuild Chicago and I am very happy to see Godfather Nicky leaving on the high note of making such a brilliant decision such as allowing you to set up shop. I very much look forward to working closely with you to make Chicago great once again. Enhorabuena. |

Marietta quickly catches the man of the hour, Prayer, on his way into his headquarters, stopping him for a moment to hand over a bottle of Detroit's finest moonshine. Giving him a smile she gives the man a soft, friendly pat on the back and glances up at the large building looming behind them. In this tumultuous time it is certainly good to see someone standing ready to work alongside the others in his city to rebuild it to the best of their ability. This speaks volumes about your beginnings as a crew leader, and for that I commend you already, Mister Prayer. You are most definitely off to a great start. Nicky spoke very highly of you to me, before his retirement, and on that note I am looking forward to the things you will help Godfather Adrian and fellow Leader waylander to accomplish for the new Windy City. This moment is yours for the taking, so I dearly hope you three seize it! Lastly, congratulations to you and your family as you begin in this crazy world known as La Cosa Nostra. Very well done! Giving the man one last grin and nod, Marietta makes her way back into the crowd to find her driver at the far end of the street. With a non-verbal command he begins to navigate the vehicle back to the hotel she had been staying at. |
