As the CL's out there you will know that all of your new crew members get their first 4 ranks automatically. so you only know when one of them has ranked up by refreshing thier page you know about their other ranks because you have to press the promote button but i think it would be more helpful if you also knew about the automatic rankings so that they can congratulate them so you should either get a a mail telling you or a personal in your DL any comments on this please pass them by.thank you. xX-Hitman-Xx |

Who you talking about gets a personal in there DL? The person who gets promoted gets a mail about ranking. |

I think what my member is trying to say is that.. When a family member gets promoted to Made Man+ the leader is aware that they have achived this rank simply because we press the button. But when a family member gets Earner then the leader wont know unless he keeps a close eye on ever single member ranking. So it would be nice if that when the members get their automatic promotions such as Goomba, Earner and Wise Guy that the leader should get a Personal saying.. May 21, '09 15:25 Xxxxxx has reached Goomba. Or something like that. I think it would be nice so us leaders are more aware of all the members ranking as it isnt so easy to track when you have a larger family. Atleast then us leaders can go congratulate our members personally :D |
