I think they had talks about this, but the main response is just too go on the internet and log onxD And you have to have a budget for a app.

The cash flow for credits goes to support the site, ie; paying the coders, paying for the servers, advertising, ect. While most of us are in agreement than an app would be fantastic, there are other things to be worked out first.

I would personally like to see something along these lines happen. The mobile version of MR can be quite clunky and very difficult to navigate on a small touchscreen device. It's also difficult as all hell to write out anything other than a couple of words as a response/reply to something, which can be particularly inconvenient, especially when you have a higher volume of mails throughout the day to deal with. I think an app would be fantastic if it was financially viable.

As long as it doesn't cut back on roleplay, would be a key to keep in mind when thinking of what to keep and what to ditch. It's already gearing a lot toward click and play users, and a lot less toward the posting side of things.

The thing is if it keeps becoming geared toward mobiles it will automatically lose in the roleplay area. I just hope this doesn't happen, as posting and writing quality posts is something that adds to the depth of the roleplay. Whenever I speak to someone about roleplay and they are on a mobile device, the phrase continually pops up along the lines of 'wait till I'm on my computer, so I can actually post something.'

I understand things are becoming more technologically advanced in these areas and the site must keep up with the times, yet an app imo makes me think automatically that roleplay will slide even more out of peoples minds and become even less focused.

Will it change how I play the game if things become more mobile friendly? Not at all, yet it may just shift the environment itself to be less forum friendly.

I agree with Darren_Kray. I sometimes play on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) and I have no trouble at all.

Also if you make it into an app I personally feel it will not give you the full experience of the game.

I would like an app for Personal Events so we know if we get shot or mugged like you have for IRC, you know just an alert saying hwat has happened.

AnthonyLaPaglia I couldn't agree more with you there, if there was a full app it would just turn into people using it as a petty crimes tool. I really so believe thing that an app that will only tell my about your personal Events (I.E. if you get shot, a WS ect.) or that we have mail from someone.
