Actually, you said you wished it was back and asked why it was removed. You didn't suggest anything :P
As for suggesting that it be brought back - why? Look at all the giant empty spaces in cities. We don't need more empty spaces. |

Considering the low population, it isn't an option. The powers that be(godfathers) still have to hash out a plan to fill LV and LA currently. |

There are another 6 cities queued up (2 of which are international) if the population ever grows to that point. We try to keep a balance of number of cities available and the population of the game. For example, if we had more cities right now, then it wouldnt even be possible to throw a full jail :P |

May I ask what the cities in Que are? Please don't say st. Louis and new Orleans. My two least favorite cities IRL and in game. |
