Depends on your answers, how many kills you have, and your rank.
Lowest I have heard personally is 3, highest is like 40. There is a lot of variation. |

When you complete the questions on sign up, you are given different levels of skill in lots of areas (wack, defence, jb'ing, stealth, etc.).
How many ranges it takes to max is dependant on how strong your wack was to begin with, along with some other factors, as mentioned by AJ.
Any sort of 'average' number to max is meaningless, as it all depends on what answers you gave when you signed up. The difference between an account with very strong wack and one with very poor wack is a very very large one. |
