The 'other factors' are, as of yet, unknown. One of the joys of the game is that everything isn't black and white.
If you 'work' hard, similiar to your prowess going up, you'll notice your drug units increase. Your normal daily activities of criming, posting, drug deals, jb'ing etc etc will all help you in one way or another, so keep working away as normal. |

It's a definitely a great feature. Unfortunately, when selling a load and simultaneously given the nod to carry more, the 'full-load' profitable sale doesn't contribute towards the drug achievement. |
