Any visitor to Chicago this afternoon will wonder if the street cleaners are on holiday. Confetti, booze bottles, even a few dead bodies and lots of bullet casings trash the streets. Here and there on park benches can be seen unconscious members of the several Chicago families - all reeking like bathtub gin "Good Lord, what went on here" you'd wonder.
