You see Premier and his beautiful right hand woman Katie step out on the front porch of their headquarters, surrounded by what seems like an obscene amount of bodyguards. He gives a nod to his head of security, as various other bodyguards walk through the crowd that has now gathered. Hello everyone, how is everyone today? Not waiting for the crowd to reply he speaks again. I decided to grace you with my presence today for the purpose of letting everyone know whats been on my mind. Lots going on as of late, ban's in New York, new auths, etc etc. OH! Let's not forget the disgusting amount of disrespect, lies, plots, and general childish talk done in "secret". I use the word secret very loosely. Where shall I go from there. He takes a moment to think and then begins to speak again. One thing that has become most bothersome and insulting, has been people judging my ability to lead, my integrity and their overall respect, or more so lack thereof that some of you give me based on actions, or words of past family members. Now have my ancestors done bad things? Looking at the crowd he replies to his own question. They sure have. Have they said rude things? Again he answers. Yes, they certainly have. Now have they done things that I myself regret? Looking at the crowd as they stand in silence and then at Katie's comforting smile he answers once more. No, not in one little bit of any way. Why, you say? They were their own people, and they made their own choices. It has nothing to do with me. I am however, glad that I have seen how my ancestor were. Experience is a kind friend, seeing the right things to do and the wrong things to do, can make a person much better then just someone saying what is right and wrong. Why can I relate to some of you? MY ancestors have been there and done that, I know where some of you are coming from. What upsets me the most, is that ninety percent of you have never been in my situations or ancestors situations, yet you feel you have the right to judge me? Shaking his head he bends down and picks up a broken brick. He who is without sin, please do cast the first stone upon me. Premier looks around the crowd, holding the rock out. Nobody moves. He drops it to the ground again and dusts his hands off. Sorry, I forgot only some of you are preachers when I am not around. He stares at the faces in the crowd. What amuses me more, I see some of you here now, and I know of some that aren't here that do these things I speak about now. Will you confront me after this speech and speak your mind, or put on your shit eating grin, and tell me you got my back? Next topic of my thoughts for today. The rules and bans in New York. Do I agree and back up Thomas one hundred percent? Better bet your life on it. There is no reason at all that New York or anyone else should have to hound and hunt down rule breakers. If you think our rules are too strict or too hard to follow, or just want to say 'fuck you I'll let my members do what they like' then by all means say it. But don't sit here and say "Oh shit a -48 was killed, I have no idea who did it", then hours later we find out you knew the second it happened. How am I supposed to work with any of you, if I can't even trust you to handle minute problems such as the slaying of a -48? How can I believe what you say, when you smile and lie directly to my face? The answer is... we just will not allow you the chance to come to our city and disrespect us with your lies, complete lack of regard for our rules and wishes. In time people will grow to learn, that New York and other cities who have experienced great success, achieve it because we strive to be the best and expect nothing but the best from our families. Positive examples of doing the right thing, help our members do the right thing. Taking a moment to walk back and fourth on his front porch he turns back to the crowd. Next, let's talk about the plots, lack of respect, and whispers some of you constantly have to do. The plots, we will say, yes we know, yes you have leaks, we have known for quite some time and guess what, it's not going to work. Lack of respect, I could talk for hours on this subject alone. Some of you think that because of your family, or who your family was, you don't have to show respect and can do as you like. Check time, shit isn't going to keep flying. Respect is a big thing, don't feel like showing it? That's fine, we will see how far you get. The people who think it's ok to come to me and preach how loyal you are then join someone else, not going to fly. The people who think its ok to talk down to a leader, not going to fly. For some leaders and right hand's out there, who think they can just disrespect or do what they like. Keep it up and we will see how far you go. Being a family head isn't the key to the city or a do whatever you like card. We expect more from you than anyone. You set the example for people to follow, you are the lighthouse to their success. Overall, I'm tired of the disrespect, I'm tired of the lying. Mainly I'm tired of the people who have so much to say about how I am, or how New York is, but can only say it in whispers in underground rooms. If you have something to say, just say it. For those who are waiting for me to fuck up, keep watching and waiting, I love to prove people wrong. Nods again to his head of security and walks back inside the HQ with katie |

Dear Don Premier, Your ancestors and my ancestors go back a long long time.. decades.. and I for one am absolutely sure you are different than the rest of your family. I remember the day when your ancestor Deuce got his own crew, at first I was amazed one could auth someone actually authed a family member in the Premier bloodline but then I was impressed. Working with you, right here and right now, has been nothing but a delight, and if people can not see how much different things are than a few decades ago I say fuck them. They're definately not keeping up. Regarding the disrespectfullness, it's a topic mentioned allmost weekly and actually dealth with properly most of the time... yet it doesn't stop. I myself find this a shame. It's a bit like politics, surely people, you don't have to agree on the matter but the way you response to it can be fatal. I for one can assure you that when trying to answer in a political way your opinion will be valued more and respected more and therefor people will actually listen sooner than when you throw a fit... just saying.. Anyways on to your next point ah yes the ban, as a citizen of New York I can say I am very pleased with this rule. I am not happy about the measurements that were needed to reach the goal we've been working on for so long, but if this is what it takes.. I understand. Where do I start boss? Well first off, you hit the nail right on the head and because of a lack of confidence or good character alot of people will feel like victims of your statements and not respond. That just makes it 10 times better. And to think, some people would have the nerve to threw stones, considering that their peebles roads are quite rocky. We've both been around a long time and just recently I've got to know you other than those WHISPERS you speak of. I must say personally you're a stand up guy and I'm not just talking out my ass! Frank steps up and thinks about how Premier opened his doors to him when he was only a lowly thug. Don Premier is one guy I know that lives by loyalty and respect. So all you people out there who claim that he is out here on the streets just preaching about the rules of this world but not living by it you are sadly mistaken. You people out there that are disrespecting the older mafioso because your ancestors or family hold weight in this world deserve a bullet between the eyes, just place yourself in the position of an older mafioso listening to someone talk slick about you what would you do? clears throat Well Premier my family line goes back in the same worlds for a long time as yours, and as you know I have never been afraid to speak my mind. Although you have been on these shores longer as I took a very long hiatus for my families sanity. I will say in that time you have matured and grown a lot. I do have a question as some of your statements seemed to confuse me as they by siight contradicted others.
You state this in what seems like to be a family line sort of manner, in other words: I tell you Prem I will always get your back and as long as you are bold you have a soldier. Then I die a couple times, or kill someone and you kill me. Then I turn around and join Death-Knight.
Then here you say it is insulting that people still judge you on past experience with your family NOT your most current amolgamation. I could be way off base which has been known to happen from time to time. Just ask Butt-Ox I am sure he will agree :) It would seem a bit unfair to hold peoples family lines loyal when you are asking others to view you as you are not as you have been. Also just as a side note you mentioned New Auth's as a topic of discussion I am interested to hear what you think of the "New Auths" ... As I said, I have been quietly amazed at your strides forward your street presence and over all style between now and yesteryear. AND NO to any who will say, wow what a cock suck licking up to Prem... As Premier's head of security he sat back and listened quietly, waiting for his own words to form silently in his brain. Gripping a pistol in his right hand in his pocket, and a cowboy killer in his left, he left the smoke exhale as he said the words he had been forming for quite some time Don Premier, earlier on these very streets, I mentioned that you and MY Godfather Rourke were better men then I. Once again you prove me correct. I for one, would've shot the lot of them, and let someone else clean up the mess. That being said, I will say this. Disrespect my Don, and I hear about it? Do it front of me? Let me catch a leak from someone else? " I stated it in the sense, that someone appraoches me and ask's for an invite, then moments later is in someone eles's crew because i didn't respond quick enough. Not in the sense that a family line has sworn to be with me |

Voltar, Far be it for me to put words in Don Premiers mouth, but I took a very different view on his words than your own understanding of them.
My own understanding on this was that Don Premier was not referring to a family bloodline, mainly as he never mentioned one, and that he was referring to those young scallywags who insist on participating in the "How many crews can I mail with an invite request before someone replies". It seems to have become somewhat of a game for the youth of today, one they believe they can participate in with impunity. Now, I could be getting the wrong end of the stick here and it's possible this is not the point that Don Premier was raising, but this is a practise I have witnessed personally. Mails along the lines of "I really wish to join your great family. I'll work hard, be honourable and die for you.. nfp" have been received by crew leaders, but not five minutes later the cheeky scamp has flown off to another city to call it home. A terrible slap in the face to any leader who has taken time out of their busy day to deal with their mail in a timely and efficient manner. |

It was a nice day in New York City, even with the obscene amount of body guards hovering over and blocking the sun. She turned to premier and listened to what was on his mind. Katie honored him that he had the confidence to come out to the streets and tell them exactly what was on his mind. Everything in the speech Kate had heard already one way or another, but that was behind closed doors in private rooms in the headquarters in conversations between her and Premier. It was a usual thing for this to happen between a right hand and her or his boss, but a confident boss could come out here and tell it to all. Just at that fact it surprised Katie that some still saw Premier as if he was not a new person, but just another one from a bad bloodline. How dare they judge him so quickly. She smiled at him after the speech was done, her face filled with warmth and then casually asked a question as if it were just the two of them. How about a walk in the park? It's a nice day. |

Premier You've come full circle! Throught history your kin have been feared, they've terrorized, and they'ved plotted. I know this isn't the first time they've led, but I get the feeling this is the first time they've been comfortable in that position. Now you're experiencing the same things that many others have had to deal with....the rumour-mongering, dirt-spreading and shit-talking...and I think you're more than capable of not only dealing with it, but of coming out trupms and showing yourself to be better than THEM. Lifting his head to the loud voice of Don Premeir Azazel begins to clear his voice. I'm glad this speach has been given by the Don of New York. Why? Because it's true. Why regret what your ancestor's did when YOU ARE NOT THEM. Of all people I understand every word this man speaks. My father Don of Las Vegas Aftershock, made a decision in his young life that ended in his demise. Do I regret what HE did? Fuck no. I thank Premeir for this speech, anyone that has the balls to stand up for themself has my respect. If you hide in the alleys of our streets and speak of horrible things why have I not heard them? Because the people that are in the alleys speaking of dark and hatred things should never be heard by anyone. If any of you know my bloodline the Asylum bloodline then you'd know that my family was not aloud on these very streets not long ago. Instead of continuing to talk in the alleys my bloodline quickly realized that it's a wasted breath because the people that make this world what it is look above the low lifes. Respect your ancestors and respect the ones that you serve today otherwise your demise will be no different than cast in the darkness like my family once was. I may be a soldier in a crew, a low ranking member of society, but if you judge off ancestors then anybody would heed to my words that being nothing more than a voice in alley means nothing and rising above the non believers shows your true blood.
