Associates has been coded. The basic rundown is this: -You have to be made man or above -You cannot be the RHM, LHM, or the CL. -Your CL must designate you as a sponsor. Invites: -You can only send 1 invite per 24 hours. -Your invites are expired after 24 hours. -You can only have 1 associate. -If your associate dies, you must wait a week before inviting someone else to be your associate. -If your associate becomes made, you can invite another instantly. -You can only invite unsponsored gangsters and below Associates: -You are a member of the family like any other, to the game, but you're sponsor is the made man or higher that invited you. -You pay the made man in your tributes, not the Cl. -If your sponsor's CL decides to give you your Made Man promotion, that's when you become a full fledged member of the family. Other things: -If you're dropped or buy out of a crew you lose your sponsorship and your associate. Any questions, let me know. CLs can now designate sponsors in the crew page. When you are designated as a sponsor you can go to http://mafiareturns.com/manage/associates.php and send your invites there. Invites are handled exactly as Crew invites are. |

| How do the new guys/gals know which people are a designated sponsor? Or are they not to know and the crewleader to place this person under a Made Man or above? | |

...Honestly not sure what you mean, Jonizzel... if you mean how does a regular person know whom is a sponsor? The only way is to see someone in their associates profile. If you mean how does a CL know whom is a sponsor, they have to designate them. |

| He doesn't. It's up to the sponsor's to get out there and find someone to mentor. Because that's what this is. it's a big brothers/big sisters program. You help out the newbie, and make a bit of cash in the meantime. | |

Ahh, Yeah. That's what I was getting at Prophet. Cheers. Also, I think I already know the answer to this but will ask it anyway. Is the duty of HQ'ing, demoting, removing gun etc down to the Sponsor or the crewleader? |

| Its up to the CL however I do believe that it was once talked about letting the Sponsor HQ or wack the associate but he would get no points for the wack. Don't know if that was actually put in or not. | |

| Why no get credit for the kill? Any sensible leader would pick Made + members as sponsors that wouldn't abuse this feature and just wack every associate they got. | |

Or how about, if a sponsor abuses certain privileges, his CL just shoots him in the face for abusing the system. I'm sure we can still do some things through the RP route. Nice change though, I like it. |
