| Send a 'Comment' to the author of a post (like a 'Tip) | Started by: Scarfo on Mar 25, '15 11:50 |

Jut an idea came up when I was browsing and felt like quickly sending an effortless 'comment' to someone who posted something. Then realized, if it was right next to where you send a 'Tip' but instead came up with a box to send the user a small comment, that would be quick and easy and much more likely to have me send the comment than opening up a new MM. Am I saying I'm lazy? I guess a little, yet I see it more as a quick 'Hey good fuckn post bro, loved it!' instead of sending 20k, or what have you or opening a whole MM and starting a back and fourth conversation. It'll come out as a personal in the same way a @tag does, showing the comment and what thread the comment was regarding. In this case my comment would've been 'Awww how sweet **vomits on himself**' to one my fellow crew members posting a reply regarding our CL. It just seems that it would be easy and efficient and give users a quick way to respond OOCly to role-played posts as they are browsing the thread and when the moment catches them.
I don't know how hard it would be to implement, so I can't comment on that. I can't really see any downfalls to this, unless there is an anonymous option and people troll it. So having it leave the name of the person commenting and send it as a personal would make it as if they kind of replied to the post itself, as if it were in an OOC forum. I see it having a more interactive effect on the community, as users can give little comments to one another in a quick and easy OOC way regarding role-played posts. |

How about when you send a tip, it gives you the option of adding a note similar to sending credits or cash already does? |
