Who does everyone here think the besth thriller writer? 1. Stephen King 2. Dean Koontz 3. James Patterson 4. Bram Stoker 5. Patricia Cornwell 6. Mary Higgins Clark 7. Dan Brown 8. Edgar Allen Poe 9. Michael Crichton 10. Richard Matheson I personally like King, Patterson, Koontz, and Crichton alot. But tell me your opinion! If you like of any other authors you can put those too! But I thought I put the biggest authors down. |

| I don't do a whole lot of reading for pleasure, but I enjoyed Stephen King and Edgar Allen Poe throughout my academic career. | |

| King and Poe both write (or wrote) some nice thrillers, but have you guys ever heard of Poppy Z. Brite? Not too big, but some of her stuff can make Kings look like nursery rhymes (spelled that wrong I believe) | |
