As of now, when a sponsor is active, your crews jobs are listed on the job board.  The job board only shows the 5 most recently active crews in order of most recently active to the least most recently active.

Currently there is code in place that toggles off your sponsor flag when you are still active, but choose not to respond to potential associates that are doing your jobs.  This prevents your CL from wasting money and also prevents the potential new member from wasting time doing jobs for an unresponsive crew.

Starting this week, the board's order will be changed to give the more responsive crews a better advantage over those who are are not responsive.  Every time a sponsor gets their sponsor flag toggled off within a certain time period, you will be pushed further down the list, effectively pushing the really bad crews off the list completely.  As time goes on, that you will be restored back to normal positioning. 

This change will make sure that crews that are responsive have a better advantage over those who are not.  I am trying to give as much notice so that you can adjust your standards, since there are a few families that run in the high 70% no contact/no fire/no hide  rate despite being online and active.  Those kind of numbers with the new code means you will most likely never obtain a new member from the job board unless you are the only crew online.
