Ok so after seeing an advertisement for one of those shitty reverse auction sites, the chat addicts in #divinelunacy helped shape the worlds worst feature ever. We fully admit this is a horrible thing, but, we are doing it "for science" to see the results. You will find it under Profit -> Gamble -> MR Harty 10K (And also high roller one of MR Harty 1M) How it works: Whoever is in the top spot when the timer reaches 0, that person wins the entire pot. You spend $10,000 (Or 1 mill if you are playing the big pot) to bump the current person out of the top spot and you take their place. The timer is now reset to 15 minutes. That $10k fully goes into the pot. If the timer counts down to 0 with out anyone taking your top spot, you will win the entire pot. (If anyone gets mad at this, blame Morty and Ham_Sammich, for they are the ones who encouraged this tom foolery)
The Fun: Putting money in when you know for a fact someone will bump you out of your spot is pointless. Watching someone else win a metric fuckton of money because you sat by idle and watched when you could have had it for 10k.. Is pointless. How long do you let that guy in the top spot sweat before be stops watching it like a hawk.... so you can safely swoop in and steal his spot? This feature sucks and will be removed once we all get our chuckles out of it. |

Could there be some kind of history, to see what amount of money was won and by who ? I love the idea, but not knowing who did what/who won the most kinda takes away a part of the fun. |

I like this new feature even if it's just temporary. But it will likely lose me more money than it will gain me. |

We have modified the game so that the 10K version has a 5 minutes countdown, and the 1M version has a 30 minute countdown. |
