| You have to be in the same city to buy/upgrade your DFP. I don't think to recieve you have to be in your city. | |

No. Once the drugs are produced, they are available for others (you can't buy your own drugs) to purchase in your home city. You receive the money, as cash on hand, no matter what city you happen to be in at the time of purchase. |

No. The OOC thread on DFP's clearly shows that you can only buy one, it will only be in your home city and you must be in your home city to buy it. |

The drug you produce is dependant on your rank at the time of purchase/upgrade. Whether it is cost effective to upgrade will depend on the new drug available and the number of units gained since purchasing the DFP. So number crunching needs to be done to see where/when it's worth upgrading. |

Yes. There is a tip button on the DFP management screen. It's hard to miss. Just look for the "bribe" button. ;) |
