When going for this.. I have spent 20k on this tip, yet it says he has been robbed before and its not worth my time. |

At the time of you doing the tip, he was able to be grave robbed and had money, by the time you did the graverob, someone else had already grave robbed him. When it gives a tip, if there are more than one available, it will give you one of the top 3 wealthiest graves so that there is much less chance of someone else getting the graverob before you do if you happen to take your time. In this case, someone beat you to the punch. |
