you don't need to post a hit on IAs but you need to place a hit to wack ppl who has been offline for 3 hours or more.

btw Goomba's and above don't turn IA so you have to post a hit on them to shoot.

Ehhhh, just to point out.... the current rules, for ALL families, forbid the wacking of any active unsponsord. So if you're getting that message, I can happily confirm it's not a legit target and had you killed him would have been killed for him.

Before trying to wack anyone/anything, be sure you understand the rules.
