On what I said before. I'd like to take this time now that the Nyquil has begun to left my mind and the clarity has returned to state my dearest apologies to those that my words probably offended. I understand that it isn't the brightest idea to drink a bottle of Nyquil and run around the streets ranting and I apologize. If there is anything else I can do to express my dearest sincerity and show that I'm not a disrespectful runt, please let me know. My greatest apologies for my very stupid and irresponsible actions.

I'm so glad it only took a bottle of ThomasRourke up your ass for you to realized the errors of your ways.  You would have thought the first time Godfather Rourke commented about your ridiculous remarks would have been enough.  But no, you decided to come out to the streets again, rant about the first amendment and refuse to take back what you said. 

This, I fear, is a last ditch, and similarly pathetic attempt to save your life.  I don't think this apology is genuine, and know that we will see you out here again making the same mistakes.
