Ok Marietta, There was no one arguing on behalf of the people dumping on Skitzo and there was only one person dumping on Skitzo. Not really making witty or snappy comments just pointing out that having a go at everyone because someone said something stupid is both incorrect and not his place.

There was no need for anyone to jump on fozy for merely trying to get everyone talking about the speech again. So if anyone is a jackass, moron, idiot, dumb fuck it would be rampage and bateman.

Okay, perhaps I was exaggerating. There was the one person who was dumping on Skitzo. Though they didn't have any supporters, another Skitzo supporter came out of the woodwork to defend him. It regressed into the equivalent of a schoolyard name calling sesh. So yes, I agree. This entire situation is stupid. I'm glad that you saw fit to come and stop everything in it's tracks.

My comments were completely and one hundred percent called for, in tense situations a bit of comic relief is usually nice, and I obliged willingly.

I agree some comic comments are always nice, but some people were just trying to get some lights by disagreeing to whatever others said, and I think a lot of you would agree with that, So -and I am sorry to say that Telkin- thou I like you but the comic relief wasn't of much help here.

Patrick you designated those traits to me yet they where not what I was doing. I merely asked that people refrain from bickering during a heartfelt speech. Yes I did say that this particular speech should be left for Skitzo and Godfather Rourke. I believe before the speech was made the title spoken by Skitzo was "Apology to ThomasRourke".

In this case it was a speech directed to the Godfather himself. Not to anyone else. If people where just talking constructively then I would not have involved myself, but to sit here and have people bickering while a man has stepped forward honorably to apologize, Sorry that does not fly.

In NY we pride ourselves on respect and honor. I respect everyone, even yourself and Rampage even though he did result to calling me names and such on top of him being a fellow citizen of our fine city.

I am willing to let this simmer down as there is no need for more arguing, this speech needs to get back on its original course. Lets hope it can start that now.

As a person who often speaks first and thinks of repercussions later I'd just like to say I am very thankful for the example you have set today.  Apologising is never easy because it makes us set aside our "rights" to be right and to humble ourselves.
