Long since the great war, LA was left in shambles, a mere picture of the greatness it used to be.

I come today to set up a long time friend and family member. Judge_Holden.  His father served me in the great war

and long before that as well. I am sure his family will be one of the things LA needs to get back on her feet.

Please welcome him with open arms and hearts.

Looking around at the gathering crowd, then back at GodFather Premier, he can't help but feel honoured by what has come to pass. Looking heavenward he gives up a silent prayer then motions with both arms for everyone to step closer.

"Thank you all, this is quite the welcome. I won't take up too much of your time here as you know what a tremendous amount of work lies ahead of us. First off, My congratulations to GodFather Premier on this blessed day. We all knew it was coming but to finally see it brought to reality brings joy to my heart. Good intentions are meaningless in this thing of ours. To actually set out and bust your hump and achieve your goals takes more than good intentions. It takes power of will, determination, intelligence, and a little divine intervention as well. GodFather Premier has shown us all of these things, and his status among the pantheon of greats was never in doubt. GodFather Premier we salute you."

"I've had a chance to run by my great grandfather's compound up in Woodland Hills. It's just like his journal said it would be. All of his treasured artifacts are intact, his beloved pictures of friends and family, everything just as he left it. I've moved the family in there as I can't think of a better place in Los Angeles to base our operations out of. We have much work to do and need to hit the ground running. With Godfather Premier's blessing we will start the long process of making Los Angeles a viable productive city again. Long is the struggle and hard the fight, as they say. Los Angeles is a city near and dear to my heart and I will not stop working until she is as she was during her glory years."

Taking a breath and lowering his head for a minute he is humbled by the situation.

"Gran Circulo de Chido is now operating under the auspices of GodFather Premier. I've thrown the gates to the compound wide open, and am looking forward to working with all of you to meet our goals. Within time you will see a great deal of change. You will see a vibrant community, a renewed business district, and a city that is truly "of the angels". It won't happen overnight but it will happen none the less. Working together, all of us, we will make you proud. Thank you all for this great honour, and thank you again GodFather Premier."

Knowing how much he has to do, he looks in each face and nods.

"There's a lot to do, I'd better get to it."

Taking his leave he walks to his car, a lot to do and a lot to prove.
