A young man walks towards the center of the crowd and looks at everyone. He smiles, takes off his fedora and began to address the crowd. Good day to all of you, Now I know that some of you might question my credibility, or what my family lineage may be but more importantly, if I deserve this honour in this thing of ours. I must admit, I am only new in La Cosa Nostra, with my blood line starting under The_Narcissist and The Hall of Mirrors, but only for a short time. Once again my bloodline returned in a different time, during the reign of Anita and was under Camilla and her La Famiglia Selvaggia. The reset that followed was witness to many wars in this thing of ours. In a word, it was bloodshed. My family never returned during tumultuous times and only until the latter part of Angryman's rule that my forefathers rejoined La Cosa Nostra. After the death of Angryman, my ancestor was taken in by DiscoDuck. The succeeding leaders of my ancestors all lived short lives, names such as Rancid, Nova, Elana`DeLuca, Sprozza, my ancestors was witness to their rise and fall. May they Rest in Peace. I being fortunate was taken in by The Great Cthulhu and his The Cult of Cthulhu. I have met a few people during my stay here, mafioso who have made their mark in mafia history. Thru them I learned the ways in this thing of ours. All that I learned, from my forefathers's journals, these great men and women, from Cthulhu, Elena and everyone, I will put to use to the best of my ability. Before I introduce my family in our world I would first like to express my gratitude to a few people. To Cthulhu, I thank you for giving me this honour and the privilege of being under your crew. Nothing but love as you always say. And to Elena, who has always been there for me, words cannot express how thankful I am for you. To the other leaders, Three, Scandia, Oliver and Ron, I thank you as well. Now, without further ado, it is my pride to present to all of you, my family, The Black Phoenix Connection. It is my wish that this family will stand firm and live by the Four Pillars of La Cosa Nostra. It's simply that. We are Men of Honour and it is my wish to live as such and my family to uphold the pillars by which we live as well. For the men and women who share such ideals, my doors will always be open to all of you. I know that New York City is home to many great leaders. And it is my wish to continue the tradition that this city has always been known for. This is not an easy task for me, but with great people such as Cthulhu and Elena sharing the vision as I have, I know I can live up to the monumental task. Rest assured that the New York tradition will always remain as it always have been under my time. Thank you. The man smiles, puts on his fedora and walks away. |

A young woman amongst the crowd stands on her tiptoes to get a look at the newest addition to the families that run New York. When the speech is done she applauds loudly, and calls out amidst the throng of other people. Congratulations Seventh. I wish you luck in this world. |

I know I'm a bit late, but you know how traffic is in New York. Seriously, on the off-chance you're able to catch a friggin' cab, it takes you half an hour to drive half a block up the street. I know it's not really my place to make recommendations for your city, but if a giant monkey ever starts killing people, I'd say let it be. The place could use a bit less congestion. Anyway, congratulations to you and your family on behalf of myself and Oliver. I'm looking forward to seeing what you and Chthlth...ah, forget it... what you and the Cult's magnificent leader have in store for NYC. |
