Thomas steps up to the podium and looks at the various people standing around awaiting the news. There were other mobsters in attendance, and many people just looking for work that had been unable to find their way into other families.

"Hello all, you have recently seen the departure of my dear friend Premier from my city to begin his own venture in the City of Angels. His absence has left a large piece missing in the city, and I have just the person to fill it."

The Godfather of New York saw some of the unemployed people breathe a sigh of relief and happiness as the announcement was what they had hoped for and that there were more jobs about to be opened up.

"Her family line has been with me for months, and has worked harder and more diligently than I had ever anticipated. She has been a credit to the city, and to the people of the city. I can think of no better person than ScipitaRourke to take the reins of her own family. She has been a constant presence in New York helping with anything she can, be it finding people protection in war or being vocal in public on behalf of the city. She was instrumental in the Big War and in the capture and slaughter of Gravol. Her contributions expedited our victory quite a bit, and allowed most of us to finally get some sleep. It is that steely resolve that makes me pleased to have her take a more visible step into the public eye. Congratulations, Scipita."

Watches as Scripta gets into a long stretch limo.. from a distance noticing they knew eachother and spent time together in the family headquarters

You rose to the top quick with your dedication and hard work and now you get the chance to take control of your own family, what a proud and exciting moment. Congrats on your family and I hope it all works out.

I can't begin to tell you the number of times I've been sat in a cell in downtown NY on some trumped up charge twiddlin' my thumbs and wondering if I'd ever get out of the ol' stony lonesome only to have Ms. Rourke raise a popknot up on some guard's head, steal his keys, and escort me to freedom. She has been there to help so many of us out that we could take her hard work and dedication for granted...it's what defines her as a person. Thankfully it has been recognized instead.

It pleases me to no end to see New York add another star to it's stellar cast. Congratulations ScipitaRourke, may you and your family be blessed for many many prosperous years.

Rourke kissed the picture of Scipita on his desk before he left for work, just like every other day. He expected things to be fairly normal: sunny skies, a good amount of crimes, Scipita in her window giving Rourke a quick smile and a wave as he passed through New York. He hopped in his favourite jalopy and drove through the streets of town.

It took Rourke a few hours, but he finally reached New York. The large mansion that formerly housed Don Premier before his well-deserved promotion to Godfather was bustling with activity. Rourke was startled for a bit as he expected the place to be fairly empty. He grabbed a passing by paperboy and queried the young boy:

You there, paperboy. What's going on here?

The paperboy tipped his cap to Rourke and responded:

"Oi, mate! Didn't you hear the news? ScipitaRourke is going to be setting up in New York after Godfather ThomasRourke gave the good word!"

Rourke was taken aback for a minute. The paperboy handed him a copy of today's daily newspaper and Rourke read eagerly.

EXTRA EXTRA - SCIPITAROURKE NEW LEADER IN NEW YORK

Godfather ThomasRourke of New York was on hand to congratulate Miss ScipitaRourke for her hard work He gave a speech today and we have the transcript:

"Hello all, you have recently seen the departure of my dear friend Premier from my city to begin his own venture in the City of Angels. His absence has left a large piece missing in the city, and I have just the person to fill it."

When reached for further comment, Godfather ThomasRourke was too busy counting stacks of money and watching the Yankees play.

Rourke was elated. Scipita clearly deserved this honor. Many times after they were finished enjoying each other's company, Rourke would ruminate on the day and believe that she should one day pursue a leadership venture of this sort. He knew she was much too loyal to ever approach Godfather ThomasRourke on her own, but clearly the man valued her enough to allow her this opportunity. Rourke folded the paper and tipped the young paperboy. He was determined to congratulate Scipita in person with a bouquet of roses and a bottle of fine champagne.
