After Godfather Rourke's speech the crowd notices a woman appearing in the streets, at first they do not directly recognize her.
Though they way she walks and looks over the crowd looks familiar.

"Is that ScipitaRourke?" someone whispers.
"I think so, but she looks different" another replies.
"Did she do something to her hair??" a small Goomba asks.

Yes, she did the, now, blond woman replies looking at the Goomba.

ScipitaRourke kisses the Godfather on the cheek and faces the crowd.

As you've just all been notified by Godfather Rourke I'll be starting my own family, but before I get into that I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for this oppurturnity.

When Godfather Rourke took me in I was just another gangster, I knew how this whole thing of our worked ofcourse but he learned me a different way of living as a mafioso.
A better way if I may say so. In a way today is also a sad day for leaving his HeadQuaters but then again it's not really goodbye..
Even though I am leaving, I will still be there. In good communication with my Godfather. Afterall when it comes down to business, New York is an organised Jungle.

Thank you Godfather Rourke, for the protection you offered me all these months and for the faith you have in me.
I will not let you down.

Now ladies and gentlemen, please allow me to introduce you the "Purring Tigers"!

I'll not get into too much obvious details but I will inform you what we stand for.

One of our biggest goals will be to build on a strong family, for me it's important that everyone knows eachother and helps eachother.
We're especially interested in people who like to work for their ranks in other ways than just busting some people out every once in a while or robbing old ladies, it's in my opinion that does not make a real mafioso.
I expect my family to be active in this world and I mean every aspect. I believe strongly in communication and I believe that mistakes are not acceptable.
I also believe in rewarding the ones that put in the proper effort and I believe in supporting eachother.
New petty thieves will be welcomed with open arms and proper guidance will be offered.

How this all will work out? Time will show you.

As the crowd turns around and see who was responsible for the outburst the man responsible also adds with a huge grin on his face

"Congratulations Scipita I know the monkeys and the tigers of New York will bring peace and security to this great city, with the help of the Sicilians and Stoners of course. So congratulations, enjoy this great day for it is yours."

With a tip of the hat Calibre departs, a car passes between your view of him crossing the road and when car passes completely you are stunned to find Calibre gone.

I can't think of another person who has really put there best effort in at all times.
