Latin had spent a great deal of time thinking about the great city of Detroit since he got here and what the best way to go about repopulating it would be. Countless sleepless nights had been spent wrestling with his thoughts. All he had ever wanted to do was the job he was tasked with and do it well. After speaking with several people and pondering the future he decided today was the day. He gathered up TonyCapazzo, Fear, and Phantom as he made his way to the streets to address the masses. 

Today marks a great leap in the redevelopment of Detroit. For too long now have the districts of Black Bottom and Corktown been left vacant. I didn't come to Detroit to sit on my hands, but to rebuild the city, so it is with great pleasure that I announce our expansion.

Fear will move his family to Corktown where he will become acting Godfather of that district until such time that he is able to take that title officially. His contributions to the district, both in our time here in Detroit and also in South Philly, are greatly appreciated and it is time for him to take on a larger role here in Detroit. I have the utmost faith that he will do a fantastic job in helping me bring this city back to life.

It has come to my attention that quite a few people are interested in what the future has in store for my good friend TonyCapazzo here as well. There is some slight restructuring going on in the Capazzo Crime Syndicate at the moment, but once everyone has settled in and is comfortable he will be taking on a district of his own as well in Black Bottom. I cannot thank him enough for stepping up the way he did way back when I first established my HQ in South Philly and he has been wonderful ever since.

Moving both Crew Leaders out in a relatively short amount of time may seem a bit unconventional but as we are all family I'm sure we will be able to handle it all just fine. This does, however, leave  a void in Downtown, DT. To remedy this I am also authorizing Phantom to set up a family here. Phantom has done an outstanding job here with me and I'm very excited to be able to give him this opportunity to shine even brighter.

Latin turns to the three men and shakes their hands as he congratulates them all on the bold steps they are about to take.

Gentlemen, I wish you all the best with these endeavors and I'm sure you will make the city proud. Congratulations!

He watched and listened as Latin stated the future of Detroit. He smiled as heard the first hand what the plans for Motor City were. He looked over to Fear as Latin said he would assume godfather in Corktown and than over TonyCapazzo as he learned he would move to occupy Black Bottom. IllFated seen first hand all the work the two future Godfathers of Detroit done when they were in South Philly and knew that only time was in their way before they would be running their own districts. He went over to Latin and shook his hand and said

"My apologies for not coming out here and congratulating when you took over as Godfather Chairman of Detroit." he paused for a second "Congrats my friend, by the looks of things you have been doing great things with in your city." Ill shook Latin's hand and moved back into the crowd.

After listening to the speech and recognizing the men promoted he gives them hugs and handshakes, along with some cookies.

Congratulations guys! It is much deserved and I know many more great things shall come out of DT.

IvanRomanov strolled the streets after his own announcements were made about his new appointment. Today was a very busy day for those in this "thing of ours". The country was being taken by storm of men just wanting to run a criminal organization. 

"Congratulations to all the new appointments. I cannot wait to see what the Motor City will turn into. Its been far too long since the city of Detroit has seen anything great. And I'm sure after these new additions, it'll get there this time.

Good luck comrades."

Curtis listened with great interest as Godfather Latin made his announcements.

"Very exciting times ahead in this city I see. Congratulations to Fear on his new appointment and to Tony when his time comes. As Ian mentioned, it has been far too long since this fine city has had stability. Now, with these steps, it looks like there is a real foundation for sustained and measured growth. I look forward to the expansion and to the future in this strong city. Congratulations all and my respects to your Latin for your continued work here."
