Phantom was sitting down drawing up plans to raid a trucking depot when someone heavily knocked on the door. He glanced at the direction of the door and saw a note underneath the door, Phantom immediately got up, quickly walked to the door and opened it. The sun shined on Phantom’s face as he looked around frantically for the person who left the note at his door. Phantom bent down to pick it up, the note was much unexpected as well as the content on the note. Phantom quickly read it to himself.  “Get yourself down to the HQ”

Phantom dropped the note at his feet and he got into his 1930 Ford Model A. He bought this car from the local ford factory. Phantom was enjoying living in the Motor city, the weather was good and the cars were plentiful. The HQ was only a couple of minutes from his house. As he got closer to the HQ his mind began to race. Why was wanted at the HQ? Other similar thoughts went through his mind and then he thought to himself. Did I leave the front door opened? Phantom arrived at the HQ to see another car parked outside the HQ, with Latin leaning against it surrounded by a small group of bodyguards. Phantom got out of his car and walked over to Latin.

The sun beamed down against the black paint of the car a Phantom was anxious but the smile on Latin’s face reassured him that nothing was wrong.

“Phantom get into the car, I have something to show you”

Both Phantom and Latin got into the back seat of the car and the car drove off. The journey only took a few minutes but the awkward silence made it feel like hours. The car came to a sudden stop and outside the car stood a huge building which was newly renovated. Phantom was puzzled and he got even more confused when Latin handed him keys for the double oak door. Phantom walked up to the door and Latin followed him while speaking.

“This building used to be a warehouse and now it is your HQ, if you want. Will you accept this offer?”

Phantom was astonished by what Latin had said. Phantom could hardly breathe, he couldn't speak or move. Phantom struggled to turn the key but he eventually got the door unlocked. He scanned the entire room as he walked to the center. Phantom then turned to Latin and said.

“Chairman Latin I would like to thank you for this amazing adventure you have offered me and I’m going to accept it! This place is just brilliant, thanks for helping me along the way; you have been extremely helpful to me since I joined you back in South Philly and I can’t wait to work with you in Downtown and assist you in making Detroit an even better city”

We have worked together since the day you joined under Latin in South Philly, I kept a close eye on how his people were doing and you were a stud. You were never selfish, always helped out, you continued to prove your hard work to our family and now you have your own family and will do an excellent job.

Congratulations my brother!

When Karmen heard the amazing news, she made her way quickly to the new Headquarters of Phantom. She was very excited for him to be given this wonderful opportunity, and she had a lovely bottle of Crown to give to him as a gift.

She made her way inside the building, which looked like it used to be a warehouse or something, and found Phantom, quickly walking up to him

"Congratulations, Phantom, for this great achievement!" She said to him after giving him the bottle of Crown. "I hope you can find the time to enjoy a couple shots of with me before the night's over! Congrats again, and I look forward to working with you in Downtown, Detroit!"

Aislin was sipping on a glass of Pinot noir red when her phone rang and kitten told her the wonderful news. She took a deep breathe, smiled and walked the few blocks to Phantom's HQs. As she approached the door, she found that it was slightly ironic a warehouse was chosen as his headquarters. Aislin knocked and was granted entrance, she immediately saw that Phantom was sitting at his desk among him were a few others, Aislin nodded her head and smiled at the others in attendance. She waited as they gave out their congratulations. She saw an opportunity. She walked up, smiling and said...

"Phantom, words can not explain how happy I am for you. You have shown that you have what it takes to continue to make Detroit even more outstanding than it already is. You are an asset to Detroit. Your presences through out our world has shown that and I can not wait to see what else is in store for you!"

Aislin and Phantom shook hands and Aislin moved away from the crowd.

Phantom, Phantom, Phantom...I am extremely happy for this moment for you. We've been together since the days of The South Philly Phoenix and I remember telling Godfather Latin you were definitely to watch. Your tremendous work ethic and other great things you've done there in South Philly and now here in Detroit is what got you here. I've believed in you for a long time and have always expressed these opinions, very glad things are coming into fruition now. I wish you the best of luck with your new family, anything you need as always I am only a letter away! Congratulations to you again!

Scott-Weiland wafted through the gathered crowd to approach Phantom, tightly holding his trench coat together with one hand. He extended his hand to Phantom, shaking it vigorously.

Congratulations Phantom! You did wonderful things, both in South Philly, and here in Detroit. I'm sure you will do excellent in your new position.

Scott-Weiland reaches into his trench coat and hands Phantom a large bottle of fine whiskey.
