A strange being emerges from the shadows cast from the large Head Quarters of the Philly SPIRIT.  With one or two guards by his side Odd approaches the podium.

Thank you, Ladies and gentlemen, for meeting me here today. I have an important announcement to make. There has been discussion going on since the war about how we are going to get space available for all the homeless. Who were are going to set up in the now vacant cities and what the future holds for us as a community as a whole.

We have seen this plan carried out with a few different happenings,  from  the setting up ofcaptains, to the promotions to Godfathers and taking over of cities.

The current Godfathers and I all agree that its time to set someone up on there own in the Windy City of Chicago. There are plenty of great candidates amongst us, but this individual received a unanimous voting. He is a incredibly competent and respectful man, and quite honestly a damn fine human being...

Actually, to be honest he is starting to worry the other Captains here in Philly, we have noticed a decrease in the number 'Dan's'   in the Philly area and on more than one occasion we have noticed Sidious in the basement of the HQ, Juggling them...that's right, it seems Sidious has stolen all the "Dan's" and keeps tossing them into the air. Upon asking him what he was doing, he simply replied: "I'm Juggling Dan". Weird.

In an effort to keep the other Captiains in Philly happy and not worried that they are to be that next to be tossed about in an artistic display of flips and catches...I'm afraid I am going to have to ask this man to leave the City of Creepy Love and see if he can't keep his circus act going with all that wind in Chicago.

Sidious, Congrats to you and The Darkside, I just hope Chicago is ready for you.

Thank you very much for this opportunity, Odd. I am excited about packing up and moving to the Windy City, to begin the rebuilding process that a city of such fine history and tradition deserves. I am grateful for the opportunity you and the Godfathers and Godmothers have given me, it is quite humbling and is a great honor.

That said, there is much to do, packing The Darkside Headquarters and such.

Congratulations on moving to Chicago. I have every faith that you will continue to do well in this industry. You have worked hard to get where you are, and it's proof that hard work does pay off. I can't think of a better person suited to step up and run a city of his own at this point.
