As it stands now, you can do jobs for whatever crew has money in their jobs bank/is recruiting. You see crews from all over the various cities, but I want to propose a slight change to this.

• If I'm in New York, I'm not going to know about jobs in Chicago, Detroit, ect. When you're in New York, only jobs for that city should be shown. When you fly to another city, it changes to that city.
• This provides a bit of realism to the situation from a role playing standpoint as well. If I'm walking down the streets in chicago, and someone from Philly approaches me talking about they saw me run past the liberty bell, it doesnt add up.

Open to suggestions, tweaks, or down right shooting down of the idea.

the point behind the jobs boards is to help find people crew's to join, if we limit the number of crews they can view we could end up chasing away new players because they won't be able to get the human interaction, and the help they might need to better understand the game. Maybe a preference for the city you currently are in?

If sponsors are doing their jobs as sponsors, the new players will receive the interaction required to get them started. Second piece to that, in the tutorial it can be wrote in that if you're selected city doesn't have any avaliable jobs, you could try flying to another city.
