Why does it do that?

It's an issue with how you can get to user accounts.

There are two ways to pull up my account for "Rourke:"

1. Go here: http://mafiareturns.com/news/uprofile.php?id=64963 This way uses your player id #

2. Go here: http://mafiareturns.com/news/uprofile.php?id=Rourke This way uses your player name.

For your user "928:"

1. Go here: http://mafiareturns.com/news/uprofile.php?id=67784 This way uses the player id # and works fine.

2. Go here: http://mafiareturns.com/news/uprofile.php?id=928 This way uses the player name.

In this case, you are trying to access their page through their player name of 928. It incorrectly tries to get to the profile through method #2 which will try to pull up whatever user was id # 928 from a long long time ago. The player is there, it's just how others try to access the account.
