For harty, House starts the pot.  So every time someone wins the big harty, house tosses in 1,000,000 to seed the pot.  We have just put a 5% rake in on Harty to help offset the House losses.  Mathwise, this means that house loses money up until a 20 million pot, after this house is no longer losing money.  This should help balance out the financials a bit closer to being revenue neutral.
