Been a long time since I walked these streets... had to take a bit of time out.  Y'all know how it is.  Too much heat...

But see here my ol' buddy Ceelo got made a Don in this city.  Proud moment for him and his family.  Glad to have served alongside ya in years gone by.  Congratulations.

Though I already sent Death-Knight to set your car on fire and trash your office in celebration, Don Ceelo, and though I've already told you in private what I think of this occurrence, I felt it doesn't hurt to say it again.

A big congratulations to you on your promotion.  You certainly have worked your ass off, and I know Hydro is not only speaking for herself when she mentions her "proudest moment".  This is a proud moment for all of Detroit, and most importantly for your bloodline.
