After many other mobsters from around the world had already stepped forward and gave their congratulations, Marietta stepped forward with a smile, inclining her head towards Sidious, Kizzy and Mister Fuller.

Afternoon to you all. I'll try to make this as brief as possible. I don't want to be accused of taking up all of your time!

First of all, I want to congratulate Sidious on taking his first steps into making the city of Chicago a thriving place where many more associates can find a place of employment. You'll certainly have your own empire built up here soon enough, Don! (Also, congratulations on achieving the rank of Don, though this is hardly the avenue to do so in!)

Secondly, I want to congratulate Mister Fuller on becoming the first Chicago Captain underneath the Darkside. This is a very important day for you all, and I am glad that many of us could be here with you to celebrate it. I wish you and your crew the very best of luck, Sir, and cannot wait to see what sort of help you will be lending to Sidious as he shapes and molds the Windy City into a mecca of underworld industry!
