After a long day, Sidious returns to his podium one final time to make a final announcement that he had promised earlier.

I've come here this evening to announce my second auth for Chicago. This is a man who is relatively new to our world, but has learned fast within my ranks and truly understands what it means to carry himself in a manner that would make all mafioso in our seven cities proud.

He has demonstrated to me a desire to do great things, and I am very excited to have him working as a loyal captain along side me here in Chicago. In fact, this should help class Chicago up a bit, considering he IS royalty.

Congratulations KingBenny, you've earned this shot, and I know you'll make The Darkside proud.

Again, I please ask that you keep your congratulatory messages here, so that Benny may focus all his attention on setting up his new home.

Marietta applauds with the rest of the gathered crowd over the second announcement for the day from Sidious, excited to see that the city was certainly keeping things inside Illinois moving and shaking. Noticing that Sidious had already entered his own headquarters once more, the older woman made up her mind to approach the new Captain and speak to him herself. Approaching the King after a few people had already congratulated the man, Marietta shakes his hand and bows her head politely.

A real live King in Chicago? For real? I do say Sidious was right! You certainly will bring a bit of royalty to this already fine city!

She pauses for a laugh before continuing.

Congratulations, Benny, on your new position as a Windy City Captain. Sidious is certainly a man of good judgment, so I have every faith that you will be a veritable asset to your city ranks. I look forward to seeing what you can help the Darkside accomplish in the coming days, weeks and months.
