~A warm wind blew gently through the streets of L.A., scooping up straggling leaves and scattered garbage, wisking them in intervals in this direction and that, almost as if they were being pulled by a string.~

~Ubar signaled one of the burly men standing with Him who in turn whistled loadly enough for people down the block to hear. It seemed to get the attention of quite a few as a crowd started to form.~

~Ubar stepped up onto a bench so He could be seen and possibly heard better.~

"I'm not sure how many of you know Me, although that is entirely My fault for not getting out as much as I probably should."

~Ubar wipes a trickle of sweat from His brow and continues.~

"I see a few familiar faces. I certainly hope to meet more of you all in the future. I tend to sit back and listen rather than speak, but I think I can rattle up a few sentences when needed. I don't want you all thinking I'm mute."

"I have heard about some things that happened before I got here that I don't want to get into that much. What I will say is that I am sorry for the loss that the recent war has left many of you with. I am truly sorry that I was not here to fight and possibly die with the rest. It would have been an honor."

~Ubar clears His throut and takes a cup from one of the men with Him and drinks. Then turns back to the crowd once more.~

"Before I start rambling here, I'd like to thank our great Godfathers, Godmothers, and Crew Leaders that are taking such good care of these city's We call home. Also for taking care of the little guys, that are just trying to make it out there. Give them a chance and you never know where our future leaders will spring from. You have to learn to follow, before you can lead."

"With that said I think I'll head back to business, which has been good lately. I hope everyone else has a profitable week, and I bid you all farewell."

~Ubar nods to the crowd, then signals the man with Him and heads toward the car parked not far away.~

And a humble introduction it was! Glad to meet you sir, the intro was very well written and got your point out there, I hope our paths cross at some point in time

Shakes the mafioso's hand and strolls back onto the streets of New York to pick up some merchandise....

The Shrike listens silently and as Ubar leaves, he too walks towards his HQ. Thinking to himself that he'd like to see what this noble man will make of himself in the future.

as the wind blows my long dark hair all around i grab it and pull it back behind my head and listen to Ubar introduce Himself..i never met the handsome stranger but His words pull me and i listen to His every word..when He is done i walk up to Him..

as i walk away i feel His dark eyes staring at me, part of me wants to turn around but i don't, i smile to myself and shake my ass a little more then usual with a big smile on my face!!

~Before Ubar reaches the car, He notices a few other mafioso's/mafiosa's approaching Him in greeting. He turns toward each, smiling warmly.~

~Ubar shakes BigDaddy's hand~

"Thank you for your kind words, BigDaddy. I'm glad to meet you as well."

~Ubar notices The Shrike getting ready to head home and nods to Him respectfully~

~Ubar turns toward the beautiful young Lotus who introduced herself.~

"Its a pleasure to meet you as well, Lotus."

~Ubar watches and smiles as she shakes that ass on the way down the street.~

~Ubar then turns to eL_BooBlies, spanish for The_BooBlies, and grins a bit at the greeting.~

"Glad to meet you as well, eL_BooBlies."

~Ubar spots Giovanni_Verrazano in the crowd and nods a greeting to Him as well.~

~Ubar turns to Death-Knight, and shakes his hand firmly.~

"Thank you, Death-Knight. I think its nessessary for everyone to hit the streets at some point in this thing of ours. As I said, I may not speak much, but sometimes life calls for you to step out of your comfort zone, so to speak."
