| There should be a area where you type in a name for example ajani or something and if enough money is put in to it like 100mill or something the ws apears for everyone unscrambled of cource it solves many problems like credit market would go down and we could all find out who killed what if the ws never apears it can be called ws Finder | |

^ That and public display of the statement would remove any dynamic to the game. If the WS can never be recovered.. Just like in real life.. The murder isn't solved without evidence. |

Or just use your brain and eyes, they will help you unscramble them. If you are really stuck ask a Family member! But I agree with Kazimir about the money thing, it shouldnt alwayx be a solution |

Money isn't the solution to everything... Here are a few suggestions: You could work harder on unscrambling using the online list and locals. You could realise people don't always share WS for a reason... To protect friends/family/acquaintances. If only one person saw the crime how would someone else months down the road see it if they weren't there? There are WS descramblers (Is that even a word?)out there if you ask around. (Nope, not giving you one.) Witness statements are up to us to turn in, if we don't want to.. Oh well. Pros. Cons. Why. |

That feature semi-exists. The warden buys witness statements that users sell, then in turn sells them back to any user who purchases them. You can exclusively purchase the entire database at this exact moment for 870K Thats the last 30 days of witnesses that he has on file that has never been shown to anyone, and once purchased, they will never be shown again. Is your answer in there? Is the one you are looking for in there? Not sure, but the only way to find out is to take an active role in finding the witnesses you are looking for, one way of which is to use the feature thats been there for years. |

| Money talks bullshit walks. If the WS falls into the lap of say a lazy mobster or someone who goes MIA then what? Then there is the scenario where the highest bidder wins. For example: The perp is bribed to have the WS disappear for a lucrative price tag... | |
