Noble puts on his sunglasses before his private jet was supposed to pick him off and fly him to his new HQ in Los Angeles.

"Hey everyone my name is Noble, and I will be setting up my family in Los Angeles. I will be head of the New World Order. Home of the wasteland. 

Noble then looks at the beautiful stewardess and nodded to signal to go in the jet.

"Thanks everyone but im going going back back to cali cali !!" Noble yelled as he walked inside the jet

I wish you all the luck in the world. I hear California is not the easiest place in the world to set up shop seeing as it's dry and hot. Although you do have the ocean close by and it's not terribly far from Las Vegas.

Hey revenge makes the game fun I atleast have a target. Nothing personal but yall are in a project city. I will rank up shoot yall and be safe from the rest of the community. I might fail but I can kill one or two of yall. Nothing personal it just makes this life of ours funner. Im glad someone like Vadar is trigger happy it makes the life fun.
