The crime rate has been high in Las Vegas,many places and police forces are overruned by criminals,BlackMask knew he had to move out now.He has been gathering an army and got friendly power from leaders of The Strip so it is time to gather control.BlackMask busted inside the police building and had ordered attacks on police at the same day so it is going to be a success.He busted into Commissioner Loeb's office and held the gun at his face''What is this about,Sionis?Haven't ı always come there for you''BlackMask looked at him''You may have Gillian,but things are changing and we are starting with a clean slate.Unfortuanetly,you are not on the list''Then he shooted Loed in the head.After few days The Vegas went to chaos,One of the crew members knocked on the door.Sionis knew it is time for a good public speech......;

''Hello!Citizens of Vegas,I am BlackMask.From now on you are under mafia protection,police forces are overrun and any heroes out there will be shot on sight.İt was time we made the decision for control and now it is your turn to decide.Abandon this city or I will unleash your greatest fears.To vandals,gangsters and criminals are under protection,To Police forces hiding behind bars you will not be spared and to heroes out there,We have already won!''

BlackMask turned off the microphone and turned to his man''Alright boys,tell every mafia boss that Las Vegas is a Heaven For Gangsters area,And tell the rest of the crew to come join my party''He ordered his man to leave and called Whoreable''We got the city under control,Don Lucius and rest of the crew can come to our ''Paradise'' so we can have some fun beating these cops together,Hahahaha''With the evil laugh he closed the phone and relaxed on the Commissioner's chair.......
