JaimeLannister had been looking forward to a good few hours sleep following the carnage of the early morning. He'd no sooner laid down on his bed to sleep, however, than the diminutive figure of his brother, TyrionLannister, had come crashing through the door. How such a small man could make so much of a noise was a mystery to Jaime, but he started back to a state of awakeness and sat up, pulling on a shirt as his brother settled himself on the end of the bed. As Jaime moved, his mind raced through reasons why his brother would arrive in his room with no warning after all those hours of warring. Probably something to do with his twin sister - Cersei had recently arrived in Brooklyn and she came with a remarkable talent for getting a rise out of people. With a silent groan, and preparing himself for the likelihood that he'd be hearing the same tale rehashed from Cersei later, Jaime asked, "To what do I owe the pleasure, brother? Should you not be catching up on your rest, or celebrating living to see another day in a pub or a whorehouse?" An impish smile darted over Tyrion's face. The news he was about to bring to his brother would bring much cause for celebration, in time, and surely he would, as a result of it, enjoy many a fine whore. "This is no social call, Jaime. I am here on business - as much as I enjoy your company, brother, I'm sure I'd enjoy the company of Manhattan's finest girls even more." Tyrion sat back a moment, waiting for his words to sink in. "Manhattan, Tyrion? Why in the name of the Gods would you go all the way out to Manhattan when we surely have more girls out here in Brooklyn than you can have gotten through?" The grin eased back across Tyrion's face. "Why brother, I may not enjoy my female company quite as close to home as you do, but I won't be travelling all the way out to Manhattan just for the girls there. No, Jaime. We're all going out to Manhattan. Myself, you, the entire Red Harbour. I'm taking the district over, Jaime. The hole left in Brooklyn by the death of Godfather Chairman Curtis will be filled by Godfather Chris_Vaughn. I will lead Manhattan. And if you'll accept, my brother, you'll be my captain." The lust for sleep that had been etched across Jaime's face changed to a look of happiness, of celebration. He suddenly felt one hundred times more awake and alert than he had just moments before. "But of course, Tyrion. Who better than your own brother to stand alongside you? Allow me to take AryaStark with me, and perhaps one or two others too - I may even get our sister out of your hair for you - and the Kingsguard shall rise in Manhattan." Tyrion nodded, smiling once more. He pulls a key out of his pocket, and drops it on the duvet. "Your new building out in Manhattan, Jaime. I've sent young Arya over already to start setting the place up. Cersei will be around shortly to help you pack up your apartment - do try to remember to put some pants on before she arrives, won't you, brother?" The impish grin firmly plastered across his face once more, Tyrion eases himself off the bed and walks towards the door. Stopping just before he disappears through it, he turns back around to face Jaime, who has been frantically looking around the room for more clothes. "I'll see you in Manhattan, Jaime". |

Aryastark receives a message from one of Tyrions many squires. It reads:
Arya nods at the squire and begins to make her way over to her new home. As she approaches she notices Jaime stood out front with a few new recruits sorting out some things. |

Jaime my dear brother. After our long trip here and the rough times we've had since our arrival, it pleases me no end to see you taking your place alongside me. With the added bonus that I no longer have to look at Cersei anymore, thank you for taking her out of my HQ so quickly after she arrived! It's with deep pride and yet sadness though that I watch you and Arya leave. You've both been a tremendous help to the Red Harbour and I know you will work wonders in helping to rebuild Manhattan. Obviously it goes without saying, that should you need anything at all you know where to find me (the nearest whorehouse). |

Stepping out of the car in Manhattan, Fidel could not hide his disgust. The deplorable signs of capitalism were everywhere he looked. However, this only spurred him on. However, he was excited to be moving to this part of the city of New York: where better to help bring down capitalism than the heart of its world dominance? He would of course be exploiting the exploiters, after all. He walked to an address he had been given on a note, and knocked on the door. His good friend JaimeLannister greeted him at the door. Fidel greeted him warmly. "Comrade Jaime! Warmest congratulations on your new role in Manhattan! It is of course a time of immense upheaval in this city, but with you at the helm here I am sure the rebuilding process will be swift and successful. I am truly honoured to be here to help you fulfil this ultimate goal. Our lines have worked closely together many times in the past, so of course this will be second nature." Fidel pulls out a bottle of his imported Cuban rum from his bag, pours it into glasses and hands one to Jaime. "To the glorious revolution, comrade!" |
